I just relocated to the Virginia/DC area from Monterey, California. I am excited to be back on the east coast and I look forward to making some new friends here! Right now I am only offering housesitting and drop-in services/walking. I love exotic animals (and farm animals) and I also offer petsitting services for these friends, just send me a message and I can make you a custom booking. I AM MOVING TO THE EAST COAST AFTER JUNE 16TH. I would love to continue caring for your pets here in Monterey but life is taking me and my husband to Washington, D.C. We've had an amazing time here meeting new friends both animal and human. I worked as a veterinary technician for over 5 years before I started working in human medicine. I worked at a veterinary hospital in Georgia for over five years while I completed college. I frequently petsat during high school and college and cared for several animals that were medically fragile. I enjoy bottle-feeding puppies and kittens in my free time. I love all types of animals and can provide advanced medical care to boarding animals. I have worked with all sizes, shapes, and types of animals at the vet clinic and have had many exotic animals of my own. I just completed nursing school and I am currently waiting on my California nursing license. In the meantime, I am enjoying petsitting and exploring the area. My schedule is currently completely open and I will be in town for all holidays. My husband and I live with our 4 dogs on the army base in Monterey. We have a large fenced in yard and plenty of space to play in. We have 2 doves in a birdcage at home but they will not interfere with the dogs. We are unable to host cats in our home due to an allergy but I am available to petsit for cats in your home.
