Pet care experience
I have a puppy of my own who I love to walk with, and I am a pre-veterinary student at the #2 vet school in the nation, Colorado State University. I am home for the summer working as a veterinary assistant at Richmond Beach Animal Clinic as well as a volunteer at PAWS animal shelter working with pit bulls and high energy dogs. I am knowledgeable about dog behavior, health, and care, making me a trustworthy resource for those who need dog walkers or sitters!

Anna stayed at our home to take care of our 2yo Bolognese puppy while we were away. Anna is one of those people who has an innate love for animals. She has a lot of experience caring for her own and others' pets. She connected with our dog quickly and he took to her right away. We have known Anna for 16 years as neighbors. She'd been a fun and enjoyable babysitter for our family in years past so when we got a dog and needed help it was easy to trust her in our home and with the care of our pup. We knew she would be a respectful and responsible caregiver. I would happily have Anna back again. Thank you Anna!
Anna was wonderful with our dog Beau. She was responsive and timely in all of her communications. Our dog loved her and enjoyed his walks and playtime in our back yard. She really connected with our dog and took great care of him while we were away. I would definitely use Anna again!

A typical day
On a typical walk, I will take the dog walking around the neighborhood or desired area, and if a park is nearby, I will take your pup there to run, play and get some energy out. As a lifelong Richmond Beach/ Shoreline resident, I know the neighborhoods well, so I have lots of fun spots in mind for your dog to get their wiggles out!

Availability
As a full time veterinary assistant, I work four days a week, but for the other three days, my top priority is taking care of your pet. I update my calendar on Rover according to my work schedule, so checking there or reaching out to inquire about my availability is always welcome!
