Pet care experience
As a family we have had dogs all our lives but in Aug 2023 we were devastated to lose our beloved dog to cancer. We would now like a bit more flexibility in our lives but also can't bear the thought of no dogs in the house, so I have decided to do dog boarding and care for other people's precious four-legged friends, whilst they are away or busy. Our two (adult) daughters are also great with animals, especially dogs but I will be the primary carer for our visiting dogs and I really look forward to having them.

Lovely!! Her and her family are lovely and kind and love doggies. Their home is perfect for dogs too. I felt so comfortable dropping my baby off at theirs and got updates and pictures all day long. Will definitely do it again!
Anna and her family were amazing with my older and often anxious dog. He was very happy with them and got lots of attention and kindness. Nice updates during the day. I felt very comfortable leaving him with Anna and would very happily do so again.
I left my almost 2yr old yellow Labrador (Maisie) with Anna for the weekend and was so happy with her care. She sent me lots of pics and gave many updates as this is what I had requested. She asked all of the right questions in order to make Maisie’s time with her as stress free and happy as she could. Anna took Maisie for great walks and her family loved on her. She got so much attention! I could tell by her behaviour at pickup time that Maisie had bonded with Anna. We will definitely leave our puppy with her again in the future. Highly recommend Anna. Trustworthy, kind, patient. So happy that we found her!

It's important for me to know about your dog's character and what their daily routine is like, as well as any medical or behavioral issues they may have. If I can keep their routine similar, it will be less disruptive for them and hopefully more enjoyable too.
A typical day
Nearby I have parks, the beach, and a garden at home, so whether it's chasing a ball or just a gentle stroll, I will be happy to accommodate your dog's needs. It's important for a dog to be mentally stimulated as well as get physical exercise and I can adapt to what suits your dog's age and personality.

Availability
We have a fully enclosed garden (with a dog flap if required) and I work from home so your dog won't be on their own for long, or at all, if need be. I am happy to drop off or collect local dogs and please note walking only applies to boarding dogs. I would prefer spayed or neutered dogs as well as vaccinated, but this isn't essential. I do request that your dog is up to date with worm and flea treatment, to protect all my clients.
