Hanging out, going on walks or to a park, maybe even some puppy play dates if our dogs get along. Some of my favorite times are just being in the presence of animals, no matter what we're doing. I have been taking care of my family's dog since I was young. I now have two dogs of my own that I love and care for like my own children. I am very picky in who I let take care of my dogs and hope to provide the same peace of mind for you in my care of your pets! I often step in and take care of my friends' pets and everyone I know comments on how I get along with dogs so easily. Both of my dogs have medical situations, so I am adept at administering medications- mostly pills, but I can do eye meds, and liquid mouth meds as well. I have lots of experience with anxiety, seizures, heartworm positive, and post surgical care. I know basic dog first aid as well. I work with a Positive Reinforcement dog trainer for my own pets and use that method in training my own dog. I have some experience with potty training. I have not taken care of a true puppy (under 1 year) as one of my own dogs, but have worked with them for friends. My family's dog is now 14, so I have experience with senior dogs as well. I have cat sit for friends as well- usually 2 at a time. I love to play with them or cuddle a little bit if they need it. I try to give them as much attention as they would like and make sure to spend lots of time with them playing or cuddling.
