I am a dog at heart! Dogs, and their owners, will love that I’m reliable and engaging. I’ve grown up with dogs and I began taking care of my family and neighbor’s dogs at an early age. I love small dogs, big dogs, mutts, pure breeds, shy dogs, rescue dogs... all dogs! It’s an understatement to say that I love dogs. My own dog (Sadie, an Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog Mutt) is a rescue that I adopted and trained while in high school. I considered studying to become a veterinarian because I am so passionate about animals, but after freshman biology I realized I'm more of a social science than physical science person, and ultimately decided to just pursue my love for animals as a hobby. I have experience taking care of dogs with special diets and care routines. I also have experience volunteering at a dog shelter. I'm available to check-in on your dog(s), take them for walks, hikes, playdates, or to just hang out with them while you're at work. I'm also available for house sitting!
