For as long as I can remember, I have had the gift and passion of nurturing. Nearly every weekend growing up, I was dog/cat-sitting for neighbors, family, and friends. I also grew up on a farm and was heavily involved in FFA which enabled me to learn how to care for animals of all kinds. One of my dearest former dogs was a Newfoundland, for those of you who are not familiar, this was a 130lb long haired dog that required significant attention and care. I have also previously been a pet parent to a hairless cat and a diabetic dog that required insulin injections. I am currently a proud parent of two male rescues, a 15yo pit/lab mix and a 2yo Frenchie mix.
