Happy to make your fur baby feel at home, with walks, time in the local dog park, and lots of cuddles. My flexible schedule allows me to work at home part of the week, and give your pup the attention it needs. He or she would be spending time with my 3 yr-old pup, Crux. He gets along with almost all females and dogs smaller than him (48lbs), but can be hit or miss with larger male dogs. As such, I ask for a meet n'greet to ensure the dogs will enjoy their time together. Your pup will also be around my 40-yr old male roommate, who works from home and loves dogs. Because I do not live alone, I cannot accept "bolters" who will try to slip out the door.

Anna was very professional and responds very quickly. Anna was very flexible with our pick up and drop off times which was a huge plus. She baby sat my husky and boxer and my husky loved playing with her dog. There is a little dog park at her complex which was nice for the dogs to run around and play with other dogs. Had no complaints.
Anna is a great host. Friendly, flexible, good environment, and excellent with dogs. Daisy had a blast, and she'll definitely be coming back for more stays.
Anna was great and wanted to be sure Max was going to be comfortable and happy in her home. We met at a park so Max could meet her dog and that went very well. When I picked Max up 3 days later, he looked happy and healthy and Anna had just taken him for a long walk. She also sent the cutest picture of Max! We will definitely use her again!
I've never met anyone who loves their dog more than Anna. Having known her for quite some time, it’s easy to understand where that love comes from. Growing up in Alaska, she grew up with a wide range of pets and farm animals. From a stable of sled dogs, to nursing an injured magpie back to health, rabbits, pigs, goats and cats, Anna is truly an animal person. Today, she cares for her wonderful dog Crux with the love and care that I rarely see in other people. If you are looking for someone to not only look after, but love your furry little one, look no further. Anna is your gal!

I have no specific breed preferences, but my pup Crux gets along best with females, or dogs smaller than him. He also loves all Golden Retrievers, and does well sharing his toys with puppies and leaving older dogs to nap in peace. As mentioned above, I cannot host dogs looking to escape every time a door is opened or shut, as I do not live alone and cannot provide constant vigilance regarding that. Unfortunately I cannot accept dogs with incontinence problems or those not yet potty trained.
A typical day
I am happy to customize activities according to your dog's needs! Slow walks? No problem. Time in the dog park? We have one in the backyard. The occasional hike may also be possible, dependent on weather and schedule.
