I require meet and greets for dogs for my safety and the comfort of your dog - they probably don't appreciate a stranger showing up when their human is away! This means new dog clients will likely need to book at least 2 days in advance, while recurring clients can book only 1 day in advance. I prefer not to take clients' pets to dog parks because of the unpredictability of the environment. If your dog needs play time, I would recommend doing a meet-and-greet with my heeler-border collie pup, or I can play fetch and tug-of-war with them. I do not let dogs off leash except in securely enclosed areas, or if they are very slow and in a quiet neighborhood. I am attentive to whether they are eating anything they shouldn't and whether they are exhibiting any signs of illness or injury.
