Hi! My name is Anna! I knew at a young age that I wanted to work with animals. That dream is still here today as I have worked 25+ years in pet-related fields. 20+ of those years have been in Veterinary Medicine, including being a petsitter on my off days. I am experienced and comfortable with giving oral and injectable medication and working with pets that may be aggressive with strangers. Every pet is unique and has different needs. All the years I have had working with dogs has taught me how to have a keen eye for dog behavior and understand what their needs are. My goal is to keep them happy and safe while you are away. My services include: home visits, doggy day care and dog boarding in my home. Unfortunately I cannot board dogs with Seizures, Diabetes or Heart Murmurs.

Anna was an amazing sitter and provided daily updates with photos and videos. You can tell that Anna cares a lot about dogs and ensuring they feel comfortable in her house. When I told her she could leave Dobby in his crate overnight, she insisted on sleeping on her couch to keep him company the first night. She definitely goes above and beyond. Will definitely have Dobby stay with Anna again!
Anna is a fantastic dog walker! While we were away on vacation, we had someone staying at our house to care for our dog, Bulleit, but the individual was not able to walk him on a daily basis. Bulleit is very strong, has a lot of energy, and pulls while walking on leash. We met Anna through Rover, did a meet and greet, and she assured us she could handle Bulleit and would even work with him on training and overcoming his anxiety. While we were away, we received daily updates of how the walk went, multiple photos of a happy dog, and she also shared the routes they took. Anna consistently showed up for the walks when she said she would and was very responsive. Most importantly, Bulleit was happy and safe and learned new skills. He seems more attentive towards us during our walks and does not seem to be pulling as much as before. Anna turned out to be a dog whisperer on top of being an excellent dog walker. We would definitely recommend her!

The boys had an awesome time at Anna’s! They were literally on a vacation at her place! We will definitely use her again for future sits!!

For Drop-Ins: -Drop-ins include a walk in the neighborhood or playtime in your yard, feeding and cleaning of bowls and refreshing of water bowl and poop patrol of the yard. Tasks such as retrieving mail, setting out trash bins, retrieving bins, watering plants and light duties to keep your home running smoothly while you are away. For Doggy Daycare/Boarding: -I have a fenced front and backyard for your pet to run freely. I do have 2 dogs of my own, a 3lb Yorkshire Terrier and a 35lb Golden Doodle. Both are friendly and fixed. Dogs have free roam of the house. If your pet is crate-trained for bedtime, please provide your crate. The home is hardwood floor with some steps. Pets with mobility issues may not find my home a good fit. I do have children, the youngest is 10. All children are very respectful and experienced with dogs.

Let me know if your pet has any behavioral issues that I need to be aware of to keep your pet and myself safe. For boarding, a meet and greet is required for all new pets. I also require a 2 hour stay in my home (no charge) to evaluate your pet prior to boarding. Unfortunately I cannot board pets that have Seizures, Diabetes, Heart murmurs or seperation anxiety. All pets must be up to date and vaccinated for Rabies, Dapp, and Bordetella. Influenza is strongly recommended but not required.
A typical day
A typical day for your pet will be similar to what your pet is already accustomed to! I will try my best to keep your pet on the same routine. Playtime is always a must and will include what is fun for your pet, whether it be walking around the neighborhood or playing a game a fetch. A video and picture will be taken to keep pet parents informed.

I am currently working part-time in the Veterinary Hospital and primarily from home working on my home-based business. My schedule is flexible and am available for drop-ins and walks from 9:00am-7:00pm, everyday!
