Professional dog sitter/trainer

Pet care experience

I have three years of experience working with dogs, including training (happy to provide recommendation letters from my previous employers). I believe that each dog or cat is an individual that requires a special approach. I'm happy to use the knowledge I have to make your pet feel comfortable.

Anna was amazing watching our recent rescue dog. She took him for a few day stays then took him for a 6 day overnight. She was incredibly patient with him, as he still has many training issues that we are working on. She updated us each day with pictures and videos and even began to train him on simple commands. We know that he is not the easiest dog to care for, but she was amazing with him. I would recommend her to anyone!

Anna is the absolute best dog sitter we have ever worked with. She sent daily updates with a bunch of photos and videos. She followed our instructions and other requests perfectly. She even trained our pup with our specific requests! We will happily hire Anna in the future.

Anna was amazing with our two girls - they are not easy and pups and yet she helped them feel safe and loved and at home while we were away. I’m very grateful to have discovered such an incredible haven for them to go to when we travel! Her photos and video updates really helped us feel extra good about entrusting them in her care! Thank you, Anna! 💛

Anna is amazing! She took incredible care of my two young dogs and was so patient and gentle with them (they’re nervous pups!) She sent great photos and videos and communication and had helpful insight and ideas to help make the adjustment apart as easy and comfortable as possible. My girls were happy and relaxed at pick up. We will definitely want to book another stay with Anna in the future. Thank you!

Safety, trust & environment

My home includes a fenced yard and is located in a very quiet area. I don't have pets or children, so it ensures a safe and calm environment for your fur baby. When I work with dogs, I use only positive reinforcement. If your dog is used to sleeping on a bed, I'll allow them to sleep on my bed too. NOTE: This year there have been outbreaks of a dog virus. To prevent this, I don't have a plan to take multiple dogs from different families for boarding or daycare. But If you're open to the idea of companionship for your dog during daycare/boarding, please, let me know about it, and I'll discuss the new booking request with you and will book the second dog only if you and another owner agree with the conditions.

1. Any illnesses that may manifest (e.g., allergies, seizures, stomach disorders, etc.). 2. The time and duration of the dog's walks. Does your dog tend to escape often? 3. Does the dog have any fears (e.g., cars, thunder/fireworks)? 4. Can your dog chew things? If yes, what things does it usually chew? 5. Does your dog go to dog parks and daycare often? Has your pet been to the vet clinic in the last ten days?

A typical day

I wake up at six in the morning. Depending on your preferences, I can either take the dog for a walk around my neighborhood or visit parks a couple of miles away. In the morning, I can also play with or train the dog. At nine, I start working but can take breaks to attend to the dog's needs. During my lunch hour, I can walk the dog in the neighborhood or let them out in the backyard, depending on your preferences. At six, I finish work, and I can spend the entire evening with the dog, engaging in games and training. I can walk the dog around my neighborhood, and during the summer, I can take the dog to the park.
