Hello dog-owners! We're Anna & Jack. We lost our beloved Saint Bernard suddenly in June of 2018 and have been using Rover as a way to keep dogs around the house while we search for a permanent four-legged friend. We both grew up with dogs in the house and are very familiar with "quirky" personalities. Reactive dogs? No problem. Not great with kids? We don't have any. If your dog loves to snuggle, we're happy to oblige. If they're more independent, there's plenty of room in our house for them to sniff and explore. We both work full-time jobs but are lucky enough to work very close to the house so your friend won't be waiting long after the work day ends (the house is typically empty from 8:30am until 4:30pm). Our house is very pet-friendly - including a fenced in yard - and baby gates for the kitchen in case you have a counter-cruiser or a mischievous friend. DISCLAIMER- Our home-owners insurance does not allow us to accept requests for pitbulls.

As a nervous first time Rover user, Anna was so great! She walked me through the process, made the drop off and pick up times super flexible, provided us text updates, and took amazing care of our 2 French Bulldogs. I highly recommend her and Jack!
Anna provided a great stay for our girls while we were out of town! She was flexible with our drop-off & pick-up times, and kept us updated on how our dogs were doing. We would highly recommend Anna and hope to use her again in the future!

Took great care of my 145 lb puppy:). I received picture updates and Turk seemed right at home. Will definitely request a stay with Anna again.

I have a fenced yard and one large Saint Bernard, Phyllis, to interact with friends. Typically, our preference is free-roam, but if your dog is most comfortable being crated for quiet time, we can arrange that.

While Phyllis the Saint Bernard is now 4 years old and quite lazy, we had plenty of experience entertaining her as a puppy and are very familiar with ways to stimulate dogs both physically and mentally.

Availability
My husband and I work from home most days of the week, so someone is almost always around the house. I don’t have a heavy-meeting schedule, so getting out for dog walks is fairly easy.
