I have taken care of pets as a job since I was 16 years old and have experience with overnight stays and giving pets medications! I watch BOTH cats and dogs, so cat owners feel free to reach out!

I make sure to stop by for about 30 min to 1 hour, 3-4 times a day when watching your pet (and sleep over if requested). I will play with them outside, take them on walks, give them cuddles and make sure they’re occupied when I am with them depending on their activity levels and needs! My number one priority is offering peace of mind to pet owners, helping pets stay stress free, and always being mindful of one’s home and safe space. Update: with increased gas prices, I typically prefer to keep my jobs under a 5 mile radius, and would possibly be talking to clients about additional fees for gas if you are at the brink of my service range as rover does not apply these charges into sitters pay. CANCELATION POLICY: rover does not enforce a cancelation policy, however each sitter is allowed to set their own. If canceled 1 day before I require 10% of the profit, and canceled less than 24 hours before the visit, I will require 18% of the profit goes to me, due to me having to block off my schedule for jobs.

I would personally like to know if the dog has any history of violence (aggressive behavior, biting, or things that will set them off). Also, if your dog needs any medications or is not allowed to do specific things, etc.
A typical day
Depending on your animal and it’s needs, I will do my best to match your pets activity levels. With older/ less active dogs, I will just try and play outside with them, make sure they get lots of fresh air until they need a break. With more active dogs, I will play fetch (or whatever they want) or I will take them on long walks around the neighborhood or a park such as loose park.

Availability
I’m currently unemployed so I have plenty of free time, however my calendar tends to fill up rather quickly with drop in visits. I can provide 30 minute- 1 hour drop in visits, dog walks and house sitting as well (with your preference of an overnight stay or not). I want to make note that I will not be spending all day with your furry friends, because I have my own pets to tend to as well as my frequent visits with other pets, but I will always ask pet owners what they are looking for in terms of care for their pet and work with them the best I can!
