For as long as I can remember, I have loved dogs. When I was a small child, I read as many books on dogs as I could find (multiple times!) and worked diligently to convince my non-dog-people parents that we should get one. We finally got a dog when I was 13 and I have not been without a dog since. My dog in college, a lab mix, was my constant, wonderful companion, sticking with me through everything. My second dog, a German Shorthair Pointer, is my working dog, and we do sport competitions together. She brings a lot of fun (and work!) to my life. In keeping with the dreams of my youth, I have a career working with dogs. I am a professional dog groomer full time. I find grooming to be very rewarding and I love all of the hands-on knowledge I have gained. I am excited to apply that experience towards helping others with their own dogs. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, and am comfortable with all breeds. I would love to help care for your dog! I can offer walking services and drop-in visits. I can administer medications, and can work with you on complicated feeding routines or special needs.
