Pet care experience
I grew up with animals and have cared for, lived with and had the pleasure of being around them all of my life. I absolutely love dogs and have over 30 years experience taking care of them. I've looked after my friends and family's dogs and their rabbits, guinea pigs and horses over the last 15 years or so and have owned my own dogs for the last 20 years. I am familiar with all the basic training techniques and have experience training my own dogs, ensuring they remain loving, happy and trustworthy members of the family.

We have a large family home with a safe fenced garden so your dog can come in and out when he/she needs to. We also have a utility room for feeding and a large but cosy open area under the stairs where your dog will sleep in her own doggy bed with Rosie to keep her company.

It would be good to know if your dog has any special behaviour traits or any additional needs and to know their likes/dislikes and what their routine is like at home. We have children so it's also important that your dog is happy around them.
A typical day
We'll be going on long walks daily, in the countryside and on the beach. We live very close to Chalkwell beach, Belfairs Woods and Cherry Orchard park, all amazing open spaces for your dog to exercise and take in all the new smells.

Availability
Your dog will be living with us here at our home from home in Westcliff on Sea. I run my own printing business from home and my husband works from home 3 days a week so there is always someone here. Our own Labrador Rosie is super friendly and absolutely loves having other dogs over to stay. We live a stone's throw away from Chalkwell Beach and go on long walks to Two Tree Island, Belfairs Woods and Cherry Orchard Country Park (see photos). A daily swim in the sea is an absolute must for our Labrador Rosie! We also have three children 5, 10 and 16 who all love dogs and help out when they're not at school. We have a structured daily routine in place to ensure a safe, happy and calm environment and there is always lots going on so your dog will never get bored.
