This was my first time using Rover and I was extremely happy with my experience. Ann did a great job taking care of my dog including giving him his daily medication. Also, she gave me daily updates and pictures/videos. I would highly recommend Ann.

I am a Rover lover and have used them a lot over the course of the last 5 plus years. The majority of my Rover people have been great but Ann is at a different level. I would give her 10 stars if I could. From the beginning, her communication skills and understanding my dog’s needs were great. After, I dropped him off I knew he was in the hands of a real animal lover who would take great care of him and when I picked him up I was so impressed as to how she worked with my dog and his eating problems. She also kept me very informed while I was gone without sending too many texts. Ann was perfection and even gave me some great advice on things to try with my picky eater. I feel so lucky to have found her and now am looking for excuses to go back upstate.
