I love to train dogs 🐶 and cats 🐱! I have lots of time 🕰️ and energy 🔋 to play with puppies 🐕 and kittens 😸. I have two kittens 🧶 of my own and I take care of a lot of dogs nearly every day🦴 as well.

Ann is awesome! I made a last minute drop in request and she was so responsive and sweet. She was extremely thorough and caring with my dog, she went above and beyond to make her comfortable when she was nervous. I would absolutely hire Ann again!
Ann was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make sure my cat was happy and well taken cared of while I was away. She sent lots of great pics and videos of kitty playing, and I felt at ease knowing my cat was in such great hands!
Ann made me feel so comfortable leaving my puppy for the weekend! She sent lots of updates and Dilly had a blast! She went above and beyond to make sure both my puppy and myself were comfortable. I will definitely have Ann watch my pets again! :)

~ENVIRONMENT (IN TERMS OF KEEPING YOUR FURRY FRIENDS HAPPY!)~ I have a fenced yard, turf for your pups to run around in, many parks around me, a boarded up balcony for play or quick potty breaks, and ENDLESS pet toys, cat towers and scratching posts to keep your furry friend happy! ~ENVIRONMENT (ACCESS TO MY HOME)~ Moreover on environment, keep in mind that for access to my home, your pet will need to either use the elevator, stairs, or be carried. The elevator is very new, quiet, and you can barely tell that it’s moving; I’ve never had a pet that was triggered by the elevator, but still, keep this in mind if you do not want them going up by elevator, stairs, or being carried. ~ENVIRONMENT (OTHERS IN MY HOME)~ My boyfriend and I have our own condo and live together so we would both be taking care of your pet(s)! ~BOARDING~ My cats 🐈 🐈⬛ will stay in another room or at my parents house while your pet is visiting, but they can also play through the door🚪. For the safety of both your pets and mine, they will not ever be face to face! (Unless you explicitly tell me that you want them to slowly bond/meet/play.) ~TRUST~ In terms of trust, I can offer access to our home security cameras from your phones, for a substantial additional cost, to ease your mind about their safety. I can also film the entire walk, field trip, or adventure on a necklace phone case I have, and will definitely send lots of photos and videos if allowed to. ~SAFETY~ Some other quick things are that I am extra careful 🦺 about crossing streets when I am with a pet 🚥, my condo is pet proof ⛑️, I am extremely cautious about what they can get their hands🐾 /teeth 🦷 on (especially on sidewalks 🚧), and I will research 🧐 the heck out of anything that even remotely makes me question their safety 🩹 or happiness 😁! I also know how to save a dog from choking, however, have never had the chance to actually do it so I am not fully confident in my ability to do so.

//NOTES (FOR SITTER TO KNOW)// If you can or would like to, please let me know: 1. If they’re a biter so I know to wear big clothing ◡̈ ❤️ (I have experience with biters so no worries!) 2. If your pet gets along well with others of the same species. (For boarding, let me know if you’d rather your dog be separated from other dogs and have their own space, or if you’d rather them be together and have the chance to socialize!) 3. If they pull on walks (so I know to use my no-pull leash :) 4. If they bark excessively (I may separate them from other dogs I might be boarding) 5. How often and for how long they usually/should go out for 6. If they have any triggers or favorite anythings (shows like Bluey, words, activities, etc.) 7. Tricks that you would like them to learn/that I can try to teach them! 8. Any warning signs that you have seen from your pet indicating stress, anxiety, anger, uneasiness, hunger, need to potty, etc. //NOTES (FOR PET OWNERS TO KNOW)// ~KEYS~ Please try to either get a lock box or establish a hiding spot for keys if you can! It would be greatly appreciated as it will keep me from having to carry many many keys from different owners and keep me from having to make extra trips to retrieve and return keys (if you cancel). ~CANCELLATION POLICY~ Please keep in mind that if you cancel your booking while I have your key, you will need to make the trip to pick up your key from me; it’s only fair and that is my only cancellation policy considering I would have denied other clients to put your pet on my schedule and will not make another free trip to your home. I hope you understand as this is how I make a living! ~DISCLAIMER~ ❗️Rates are subject to change as demand increases and in times when I have an overload of requests. Additionally, please understand that in the case that I receive requests from clients who are closer to me geographically and easier to get to, I will have to prioritize them and drop current clients to utilize my time optimally. A typical day
~YOUR PET’S TYPICAL DAY UNDER MY WATCH~ I would love to teach them new tricks, explore new parks with them, go on lots of walks, let them play with new toys, give pup cups if allowed, teach/play fetch and have them running A LOT and having lots of funnnn! They will definitely have more fun than I will because I’ll be extremely cautious about their safety, all while watching everything like a hawk and trying give them the absolute best care/following their care instructions to a T.

~SCHEDULE~ I do Rover and Wag full time and will dedicate more than enough time to be there for your furry friends and loved ones! ~BOARDING CAPACITY~ I board 1-4 pets at once! If 4 pets are in my home, they will likely be separated into two groups in different spaces to prevent overstimulation or chaos, and will be paired depending on behaviors/personalities/energy and anxiety levels, sizes, compatibility, etc. I can also put 3 pets together and have 1 in a separate space if your pet will not get along with or do well with other pets. I can’t promise you that your pet will be the only one in my home however, they can be separated and not have any contact with any other pet. They would still get lots of one on one walks, park visits, and attention by me and my boyfriend. Please understand that I would lose money by denying other boarding requests for only your pet so if you prefer to have your pet be the only pet in my entire home, I would need extra compensation. I would also appreciate extra compensation if it will be absolutely necessary to take your pet on separate walks, park trips, and adventures alone and without other pets that I am boarding at the same time as it would require me to take extra time away from other pets. ~MEET & GREETS~ I would prefer not to have meet and greets without compensation considering, again, I am doing Rover full time and am working with at least 1 pet nearly 24 hours a day/7 days a week and give my full attention to the pets I am with. I feel a bit uncomfortable blocking out a chunk of my time to meet if it meant taking attention away from a pet I am being paid to give my full attention to. If I were to schedule a meet and greet for every pet I took care of, my time wouldn’t be utilized optimally; I hope you understand where I’m coming from! Please keep in mind that my modes of transportation include walking, transit, and e-scooter, so it is likely I will often be running around the city and for those reasons also, it would be greatly appreciated to receive compensation for meet and greets, though not necessary. ~HOUSE SITTING~ For pet care in your home, I often can only do overnight from evenings to mornings, usually not during the day. I can do house sits if it is possible for me to be in and out during the day.
