I'll be a buddy for your buddy.

Pet care experience

It took me eleven whole years to persuade my parents to get a me dog, but thankfully the last three decades have been full of furry friends. I started out as a volunteer walker for Animal Rescue League in Pittsburgh, PA. These days, I'm hanging out with my bffs Bowie (huskydoodle) and Snug (shih-tzu mix) who are both rescues working on their manners. I'm on a quest to pet 1,000 dogs. I also have experience with positive reinforcement training; my cockapoo friend Rufus (rest in peace, pal) earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate & we would have gone further if he wasn't SO EXCITED to meet you that he'd pee. I'm happy to support your dog's training goals--and I always have treats.

Ann was fabulous with my girls! She kept me up to date with litter box status, eating habits, and play time. She also took the BEST pictures of our kitten playing. I can't recommend her enough.

Ann was absolutely amazing! She was purrfect with my fur baby Dutchess. The meet & greet was very helpful and Dutchess clung to her immediately. I enjoyed & appreciated all of the pictures and notes that Ann sent me through the app at every check in. I began to look forward to them while on vacay. She did an excellent job with everything, from keeping my Dutchess company, feeding her, cleaning up the litter box, etc. I will be booking her for several upcoming occasions. I’m grateful that kindhearted people like Ann exist. Thanks again!

Information Ann T. would like to know about your pet

The more info, the better. I've been on your side of this equation, and I want to approach your buddy on their terms. Let me know their likes, dislikes, and personality. At the end of the day, I'm here so you don't have to worry about your pets while you're away. I take your trust--and your pet's trust--seriously. Happy to send pics, videos, etc. anytime!

A typical day

Every friend is different. Younger dogs? Walk/sniff/play/repeat. I never lose at tug of war and my petting hand does not get tired. Always happy to reinforce your pet's training. A tired pet is a happy pet. Older dogs? Let's take it easy. I'm here to support your routine & your pet's quirks. Special needs? Always down for a conversation and if I can't accommodate your pal, I'll do my best to recommend someone who can. Experience with separation anxiety, chronic conditions, and anxiety.
