I have been a rescue dog owner for over twenty years and for the last two years I have fostered dogs for a local shelter. I have cared for unsocialized senior dogs, puppies, high energy dogs and disabled dogs.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly 12 year old male lab mix. He is excellent with puppies who are still learning how to dog. I can care for your pet in my home or yours. I can reinforce crate training for those pups who may need this. If your pup is used to cuddling on the couch or sleeping with their human I can provide that routine as well.

I want to know a dog’s schedule, how often they are fed, the amount and the times they are fed. Whether they are crate trained or able to roam the home without potty or chewing concerns. If they have any current training I can reinforce.
A typical day
When the weather is cooperating I love to take dogs for a walk or run, if appropriate. I have some great trails I frequent and short walks within my neighborhood as well.

Availability
I have an established routine in the morning for feeding and potty time as well as evening feeding (as applicable to your pets schedule) and potty time. I have a large fenced in backyard.
