Loving home for your dog!

Pet care experience

I understand how it feels to know your pet is well cared for when you are away. I can provide playtime, walks, and loving care for your dog(s). I have a house with a large, fully fenced backyard. There is plenty of room to run around and play. My household is non-smoking and no kids. It's ok if you have two dogs! I enjoy spending time making sure your pets feel comfortable in your absence. I will follow your routine. This helps to relieve their anxiety while you are away. I am also very detailed when it comes to providing medication to your pet. If there are special needs you can be assured their schedule will be followed. I look forward to speaking with you! Ann

Ann was a wonderful sitter for our pup, Artie. She even made him chicken when he wouldn’t eat his food - he’s not even that spoiled at home! Artie was well loved while we were away, which is such a gift while you’re out of town.

Ann is fantastic. Kept in contact while we were away and worked with us in finding a pick up time. Seems our dog did great and I would highly recommend her!

I just picked up my dog from Ann, where she stayed for 9 days. I've always boarded my dog at a Dog Works Ranch or the vet. While I love Dog Works Ranch, my dog is now 15, and I wanted her to have a home setting with one-on-one attention. I am thrilled with how Ann took care of Sydney. She sent updates and photos throughout the week. Her home is extremely dog-friendly. She has a lovely back deck and fenced backyard. She even turned on her portable air conditioner because it got pretty hot while we were gone. I will definitely take Sydney back to Ann when we travel next.

I think the important things to know prior to sitting for your pet are: walking and eating routines, vet information, allergies, medication schedules if applicable, and favorite activities like playing ball or frisbee. The more their routines stay similar the more relaxed they are. Petting and belly rubs seem to help too. :) I enjoy spending time caring for pets because they are part of the family. It's a good feeling to know they are well cared for during the times you aren't available. I've grown up with many different types of pets including dogs. I love all kinds. I have a house with a backyard that is fully fenced in. I have just under a half acre lot which provides lot of room to run around and play. I live in a lake community so I take walks everyday to the lake. If your dog likes to swim or just splash in the water they will have the chance! I look forward to hearing from you and caring for your pet.
