Ann has been a dog lover all her life, no matter what the size or breed, she forms a connection with them. She is a doggie magnet! When she comes to visit, our dog, Finn, is in her lap as soon as she sits down. As an adult, Ann began rescuing senior dogs; and has rescued many over the last 20 years. Each one is lavished with all the love and care it needs until it’s time to cross The Rainbow Bridge. Ann and Frank’s fur babies are truly part of their family; their home is dog friendly with a dog door and a fenced in yard. Typically there are three dogs in the household as Ann understands they are pack animals and that they need companionship just as we do. Currently Ann and Frank share their home with Maggie, a Golden Lab, they’ve raised from a pup - Maggie will be 14 this year – and two senior Golden Retrievers. Maggie’s housemates (they have the run of the house) are rescues with issues, one is deaf and one is terrified of thunder - special needs are not a deterrent to Ann. Ann will be a responsible, conscientious sitter for your fur baby. With Ann in charge, you can leave worry free, knowing your beloved pet is being well taken care of during your absence.
