This was my experience, so utilize at your own risk. My husband picked up our dog and his belongings from Anjel. As he was leaving he noticed our dogs face around his mouth and chin was pink, puffy, bleeding, and oozing puss. He went back to ask what happened to his face, as we were never notified of it, and she had no explanation. Took dog to vet same day for treatment and vet diagnosis was bacterial infection (her carpet is heavily stained). We had a ceramic bowl set inside a tray, and one of the bowls was broken (she did not tell us). Our dog came back and peed in the house twice (never did this before). He would also flinch away anytime we got ready to pet him (new behavior). It took him 3-4 days to stop flincing. He also came back barking alot and jumping on the dog(new). This was our experience after our vacation. Positive note she sent picture (last pictures was with his face turned away).
