I have over a decade of experience caring for dogs of different breeds and ages. I have 8 years experience taking care of an American Hairless Terrier on a semi- or daily basis, including his last year with terminal liver cancer. Miles was my best friend and I miss my baby boy every day. ❤️ I started fostering dogs in 2018 and have been fostering since (on and off during the pandemic). The dogs I have fostered vary from a 1-year old husky/border collie mix, through senior dachshunds, all the way to my most recent foster dog having a surprise litter of puppies. I took care of mom and puppies pretty much single-handedly for 8 weeks. There is nothing that makes me happier than going for walks, playing and seeing doggo happiness. I worked as a dog walker for nearly a year and received training on proper leash walking and behaviour. I watch dog training videos for fun multiple times a week. I also completed a six-week obedience training with my first foster dog. I took care of a Pomeranian the day of his neuter and administered his pain medication and the cone of shame. I have taken care of a senior foster shin tzu as well for 3 months. I will keep your pup company so they aren't lonely, take them for a walk to get all the sniffs, and play with them until my arms fall off. :)
