Pet care experience
I started out taking care of my roommate’s senior dog whenever she had to be away from home. Now I’ve been on Rover for around a year and have boarded and watched after a dozen different dogs, many of which are repeat customers. I know how to feed, walk, and give oral medication to dogs.

Anita was great with my dog Luna! She was very accommodating of Luna's quirks (bad separation anxiety) and sent pictures each day. Luna looked very happy and content once she got comfortable. She was also thorough in making sure that Luna wouldn't have any conflicts with the other dog that was there, so I felt pretty confident leaving Luna with her. Would definitely book again!
Anita was great! Super responsive and sent photo updates daily.

I live near an area with lots of dog parks if you want your dog to keep being active and socializing. I live in a dog walking neighborhood for sure, there’s doggie bag dispensers in the streets. One great thing about my building is I can rent an upholstery cleaner and Dyson vaccum for 2 dollars, so dog messes don’t bother me at all!

I need to know if the dog will be reactive around other dogs, because my building has a lot of dogs and leash greetings are likely to occur so I want to know if I should avoid them or not.
A typical day
Bright and early morning walk to the park (either dog or normal park), and at least another walk to the park in the evening. I love parks, and there’s a couple near where I live.

Availability
I am a law student studying for the bar so I am at home all the time. I always check with the owner on how OK the dog is with being left alone. If the dog is comfortable I like to take them to dog friendly cafes so they don’t have to be bored at home!
