I consider dogs superior to people*
Pet care experience
I've cared for my pet dogs for over 30 years, made their food, played with them, walked them, nurtured them through illness and crisis. It is all so worth it. Now I care for other's pets, too. I've taken care of cats and rabbits as well*. And I'm willing to travel longer distances for longer sittings--two weeks or more. I do require that i make at least $50 per day for overnight stays* I may consider a single night's stay for a repeat client, but to consider a job for a new client, it would need to be two nights or more. And I don't like to book more than two to three months in advance, unless it's a sitting for three weeks or more. For a Thanksgiving sitting, I need at least a three night stay or more. For a Christmas sitting I need at least a six night stay or more. For a New Year's eve sitting I need at least a three night stay or more.*

Anita was amazing. Our dog ended not feeling well while we were gone and she made sure to try everything to make her feel better and keep us in the loop!
Anita took great care of my home and my cat!
We were apprehensive because this was the first time we have left Byx with someone outside the family and she can be a handful. Thus, we were delighted that it went so well. Anita was wonderful! She handled Byx's idiosyncrasies with skill and care. She left the house even more tidy than when she arrived. Best of all she communicated often throughout the weekend which really eased our worries. We recommend her with the highest level of enthusiasm possible!
Anita took great care of my cat, and left my home in pristine condition. I would definitely hire her again if I have to leave town in the future!
