My fiancé Gregory and I have been dog lovers for as long as we can remember! We are fur parents to Sasha, our amazing dog for more than 9 years, and she absolutely loves being in the company of other dogs. She is friendly, sweet, and loyal––just like your beloved pup! Our philosophy when it comes to animals is: the more the merrier! We’ve been toying with the idea of getting another dog, but for right now, working with Rover gives us the best of both worlds. We get to have another dog filling our home with love and fun energy, and we get to help you find a safe and nurturing home for your fur baby when you’re away. We know it can be a stressful and daunting process to trust a relative stranger with your furry best friend, but we want to make this as anxiety-free as possible. Although neither of us have worked with dogs in a professional capacity, we are very familiar and comfortable with providing dog care since we both grew up with animals. We’ve also dog sat for many friends and family over the years, and we have experience with all kinds of breeds, ages, temperaments, and special needs. Gregory is a teacher and works daytime hours from Monday thru Friday. He’s a calm and compassionate presence who’s wonderful with children and animals. I work evenings on the weekends and attend classes twice a week. Our schedules allow for one of us to be home most of the time––and when we’re not at work, we’re usually home hanging out or outdoors enjoying the fresh air. Gregory and I are extremely active and enjoy taking dogs out for long walks (two to three times a day) or to the dog park. We also have a good-sized yard for them to play in or soak in some sun. There is a large, open field in walking distance from our house which is great for dogs to run around without worrying about traffic or other hazards. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and fun environment for your dogs and give you peace of mind. We love doting on our dog and those who visit us, and we even make homemade treats! We give so much love and care to each one of our furry guests. Your pup’s health, safety, and happiness are our primary focus––whether it’s meal time or playtime or nap time. Animals bring so much joy into our lives and teach us so much about ourselves. With every dog I meet, I feel so grateful for this work––that we get to spend such quality time with such loving beings.
