Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Anita and I am so excited to meet you and provide care to your pet. I am currently a doctoral student at PSU and my schedule is somewhat flexible. My partner is also available during the day so your furry family member will rarely be without human company! I have been an avid animal lover since birth, and have worked with animals for over 20 years. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, hamsters, iguanas and more. More recently I was a petsitter for a large company in Philadelphia. Due to my experience working at a vet clinic, I feel comfortable administering medication and caring for pets with special needs. Through my experience, I understand the uniqueness of every pet and I look forward to meeting yours! **Please note that I am unable to accommodate dogs under 2 at this time**

My 16 year old Chihuahua Molly had a wonderful stay with Anita and her family. Her dog, Fern, is sweet and mellow and quickly became Molly's BFF. Anita is patient and positive in dealing with older doggy issues. We really appreciate that Molly has such a comfortable place to stay when we are out of town. :)
I've boarded my dog with Anita twice now and I couldn't be happier! My pup would get stressed out when boarded at larger facilities and take a while to get back to normal after I picked him up. After his stays with Anita, he returns happy and energetic, no signs of stress. She provides check-ins during his stay that demonstrate how much fun he's having without me (which is good!). Anita is great with my dog and travel is less stressful for me now, too! I highly recommend her!
Responsive, responsible, and our pup Penny loved staying there! Would absolutely hope to use Anita again for our next vacation.
Anita was absolutely amazing! Seriously - I could not have asked for a better sitter for my pup. Knowing Cooper was in such good care left me so at ease during my travels. I got a sweet update every single day with an adorable photo. And I know Cooper had a great time with Fern! Anita will definitely be my go to for any sitting needs in the future. Highly recommend!
