Pet care experience
I’ve always taken care of friends’ and neighbours’ dogs, and my dogs love the company. I’m home most days and have plenty of land so I’ve realised I can open that up to other dogs who need somewhere safe and fun to hang out. I’ve had my two border collies from puppies (now 4 & 5 years old). I believe they’re at their happiest when they have a good mix of outdoor play, sniffy walks and down time. When we’re not outside the dogs are in their dog room (I don’t have dogs in the main house with me as mine prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of the house).

I have several fully fenced areas, perfect for off-lead walking/running/playing/sniffing. I live on a quiet, no-through road, perfect for on-lead “sniffing” walks. When I’m not outside, the dogs can be found enjoying some peace and quiet in their “dog room”, where they have undisturbed rest and down-time several times a day, plus plenty of cuddles.

Information Anita E. would like to know about your pet
I need to know that your dog gets on with other dogs and that your dog is safe with children (I have a 10 & 12 year old). I also need to know if your dog jumps fences/gates. I have horses and a cat on site (but the dogs won’t be in contact with the horses, and the cat will stay away). Plus, anything you want to tell me about your dog’s likes and dislikes ?
A typical day
I can offer your dog: - a minimum of three walks a day (including off-lead in the woods, fields, etc, and an on-lead “sniffy” walk) - Plenty of exploring, running and sniffing - ball games and fun in the dog paddock - company and cuddles - down time in the “dog room”
