Pet care experience
I have taken care of my family's dogs since I was 16 years old. We've always had Shih Tzu's and my family have trusted me to walk, feed and bathe them. My partner Perry and I have been looking after dogs together for the last 8 years. We love dogs and regularly care for my Mum and Stepdad's Shih Tzu, Molly. We are responsible and caring people who have plenty of love to give to your fur babies. We understand every dog is different and we'll take the time to get to know your dog's personality and ensure they're in an environment where they feel safe and relaxed. Perry and I will jointly look after your dog giving them lots of love, cuddles, and attention.

Anita and Perry made every effort to provide a home from home for Clover. We were confident that they understood Clover’s routine and would give her all the attention that she requires. Communication prior to the booking was excellent and we appreciated the meet and greet opportunities offered. Updates and photos throughout the week were very much enjoyed and appreciated. When we brought Clover home she quickly settled and we took this as a very positive sign that her ‘holiday’ had in no way made her anxious. This was our first booking through Rover and it was a great experience-even though our holiday was a disaster!!
Anita and Perry are very kind dog sitters. When I went to collect Florence she was happy, full of beans and I could see she had enjoyed her stay. I was also kept informed with regular updates whilst I was away which alleviated any concerns I may have had. Thank you! Highly recommended.
Thank you so much for having Franco! From the very start Anita and Perry were amazing in reassuring me as it was my first time leaving my doggy. It didn’t stop after the initial meet and greet visit, this continued into the daily pupdates on how Franco was settling and what he had been up to! Franco seemed so happy and was almost reluctant to leave! Truly is a home away from home. Thank you so much :)

We have a 3 bed house with a fully fenced garden. We will always do our best to follow your dog's set routine that they are used to however, as we are working, we will take them on a walk during our lunch break (there is a large field close by). We'd recommend owners bring their fur baby's most treasured possessions (beds, blankets, toys, and treats) in order for your pet to feel like they're at home whilst away from home. We also recommend bringing their own food and bowls. They will get plenty of play throughout the day and roam the house as they please, and we are happy for them to sleep upstairs, on our bed, or downstairs - wherever they feel most comfortable. Ultimately, we want your dog to feel safe and happy whilst they are staying with us. Pupdates are a given. We're always happy to send you photos and check in - giving you peace of mind that they're in safe hands.

A typical day
We will always do our best to accommodate your dog's daily routine but you can rest assured knowing your dog will have plenty of fun at our house. We'll play with them, give them lots of cuddles and take them exploring in the large field right by our house where they can meet other dogs (if they're comfortable with that).
