Pet care experience
hello! I have been working with animals in a variety of environments for about 10 years now. I started off as a breeder, caring for up to three litters at a time. I have since continued my education as a Veterinary Technician with the goal of achieving my associates. I am currently employed at Banfield Pet Hospital where I practice procedures and examinations on animals of all types and sizes . My other involvement with animals recently has been at VCA emergency where I gained most of my technical knowledge of the Veterinary field observing and assisting in emergency cases. My passion continues to grow and I feel I have plenty to give to those who need a little more help! Fur babies are a full time job and I’m wanting to help make both the owner’s and their pets life comfortable.

In a clients home each pets seems to have different needs, and guidelines. It’s important for the animals to keep a schedule and stick to their normal routine when mommy and daddy are gone, I will do my best to keep to the plans per the owner!
Information Anissa C. would like to know about your pet
I am familiar with most types of animals and breeds. I currently care for two Pugs, a Husky, a Pit bull, and a Rottweiler of my own! I don’t discriminate! A brief behavioral history and medical attention needs is important for me to know prior to caring for your pet. Characteristics such as aggressiveness, anxiety, fear, energetic, playful are all things I am accustomed to and will not treat your baby any differently for, and will compromise to be sure both your pet and their surroundings allow for safety and comfortability.
A typical day
Depending on the location of the the pets home we may go to the dog park although in my opinion dog parks are not always safe as I never know the behaviors of the other playmates. I prefer to not enter the dog parks and to play with your pet separately in a safe space or on a solo walk.

I am currently working part-time and flexible hours so exceptions can be made to accommodate your pets needs! Please reach out if I am needed for a time that is not available on my schedule, I may be able to fit your fur baby in still!
