Pet care experience
I am a 2nd year vet student whose life has revolves around pets since I was born (both parents are also vets). I would be great for all pets, especially those with medication or special needs. I have experience with dogs, cats, birds, Guinea pigs and bunnies so I’m ready to help out wherever!

Anika was a huge help looking after our pup while we were out of the country!
Anika was great! She and Daisy got along famously and she was super flexible on timing on short notice. Total lifesaver that I would strongly recommend.
Anika is truly a conscientious caregiver. She has 2 dogs, 2 birds and a rabbit and she showers them with endless love. I would be happy for Anika to care for any of my pets and know they’d receive the same amount of love and support I give them.
Anika is AWESOME! She watched my old lab for 10 days and I swear he lost weight with how many walks they went on (he needed the weight loss). She was great about giving him meds twice a day and sent me so many photos of him I knew he was in good hands.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs and how they are on walks! I am good with dog-reactive dogs but would like a warning! I love a good hound, terrier or Doberman but I have a soft spot for every animal.
A typical day
I always try and get a 2-3 mile walk in with each dog per day! I love to utilize lick mats, frozen kongs, and other enrichment toys in order to keep them occupied if I’m in class.

Availability
I currently am in school, but most of my classes can be zoomed or if I have to be in person it’s only a portion of my day so I can stop by and go on walks or hang out with the dogs. I have a rabbit back home but he is low maintenance so he doesn’t take much time.
