Pet care experience
Hi there! I am a conscientious and reliable pet sitter that will look after your loved ones as if they were my own. I have experience with cats and dogs of all sizes. I have 10 years of pet sitting/house sitting experience and have cared for several of my own dogs for over 20 years. At present I have no animals of my own, so I am grateful for the opportunity to fill that void by caring for your pet(s)! I am a Canine Enrichment Volunteer at the Toronto Humane Society, where I have been lucky enough to gain exposure to dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments and have been educated in animal behaviour and basic clicker training technique. I am home most of the day to keep your pet company while I am pet sitting. Pet sitting is available on an overnight, short or long-term basis. I offer Pet sitting in your home, Home boarding in my home for small and medium sized dogs, once a day cat or dog visits, and private dog walking (with basic clicker training if requested). While I am Pet sitting in your home I will make sure your pet is cared for as you would, with lots of playtime and cuddling. Keeping them on their regular schedule and in their own environment can help alleviate the stress of your absence. As well, I will take in your mail, water your plants, clear the walkway if necessary in the winter and ensure your home remains clean. If I am keeping your pet in my home, I will ensure they are well cared for with at least 3 walks a day for dogs and they will definitely have snuggle time on the couch with me while you are away. During a cat visit I will ensure your kitty is fed and given plenty of attention, litter cleaned, your mail taken in, and your plants watered. A typical visit lasts about 30 mins. I provide private 45 min dog walking with basic clicker training (if requested). I am passionate and enthusiastic about what I do because I love animals. Angie is fantastic! She took care of my sweet and timid Nellie (5 year old cat) for a week while I was away. Nellie is shy, but Angie's patience and kindness won her over. I was able to fully enjoy my vacation knowing Nellie was being cared for by an incredible person. I will definitely be using Angie's services again.
A keeper for sure! Our first time using a dog walker and Angie exceeded expectations. Angie checked in daily after their walk, texted us photos and was flexible with her schedule to fit our dog’s needs. Henley, our Golden Retriever has a new friend and we will definitely call on Angie when we are away from home again.
Angie is great! She recently looked after our cat Hidey. Hidey is a little shy and struggles with new people. Angie was so kind and patient with her, Leaving us feel comfortable knowing our kitten was in good hands while we were away! She also was kind enough to water ours plants!! Such an added bonus. Will definitely look to Angie again to watch Hidey next time we are away. Totally recommend her :) Thanks again Angie!
Angie has looked after my Shitz Shu for 1.5 years now and has been a total god send. My pooch, while very affectionate, is quite timid around strangers. Angie took the time and patience to get to know her and now they are fast friends. After each visit she send me a text to know everything is just fine and has never let me down. Not only does she visit my dog on a weekly basis, but also house sits for me when I leave town. Having a reliable, conscientious person to look after my "Fur baby" and home makes all the difference on a vacation or business trip I can whole heartedly recommend Angie to anyone looking for a great house sitter that contains a four legged inhabitant.

I have a small apartment that would be most comfortable for small to medium sized dogs. I live by several dog parks/off leash areas and great places to walk. Your doggie will get plenty of exercise but I definitely cater to the specific needs of your dog. If I am staying in your home I will try to maintain the schedule and routine you have for established for your animal as much as I am able. Whether boarding or housesitting, I will send daily updates with pictures and/or videos of your furry little guy.

Let me know if your animal has special needs or problem behaviours that I will be able to mitigate during their stay. Your dog must be housebroken or 100% per pad trained and not have any major destructive behaviours for me to be able to look after them.
A typical day
I will play games, go for long walks for your dog to explore the smells and sights in the neighbourhood. I live near many nature trails and dog parks that I would love to explore with your doggies. I have a car and able to take them to explore new exciting places. Lots of cuddles on the couch and a warm spot on my bed at night (if allowed at home).

I am in and out of the house during the day. The longest your pup will be left alone is 5 hours. The will have plenty of walks, attention and affection and play time :)
