It's A Dogs Life

Pet care experience

***ATTENTION!!!*** Please fill out the information section about your dog(s) COMPLETELY before sending a request. This information is vital to our decision making. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It really IS a dog's life around here. We love every kind of dog but...currently we can ONLY take in dogs up to about 10 pounds. (See below for more info.) We live in a 3 bedroom single story house on a nice quiet street. When someone is home (and I am usually always home) my dog has open access to the fully secure back yard from the open sliding door. Of course, on chilly or bad weather days we only open it for her to potty or we'll just put down a potty pad. Our dog is usually friendly and doesn't mind sharing her sleeping space with another. Our family has always been big advocates of crate training and for their own safety, when we're all gone, all dogs go to their "bed" which is a crate or gated area for their size. This rule also goes for our TinkyBella and our guests. This keeps them from getting into things that they otherwise would not even consider when someone is around. LOL For more information, send us a message with your questions (even if it shows that we are booked). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ **Note 1: Do to some of my current health health problems, (Not Covid related), we are only accepting small size dogs. Any dog larger than 10lbs will be considered on an individual basis, and any larger than 25lbs will also cost a bit more. **Note 2: We do not offer grooming services (unless your dog gets dirty while playing in our dirt yard). Please be courteous and bring your dog clean and nails trimmed as they are staying in our home. This will also make it easier for us to interact with them if we are not constantly getting scratched or cut by sharp nails.

Angie was so sweet and accommodating. She is very knowledgeable! She sent lots of pics to ease my own anxiety of leaving him, and even checked on how he was adjusting after he came back home! Highly recommend her!

We were snowed in and ended up staying an additional day. We reached out to Angie as soon as we I knew we wouldn't make it in time to pick up our dog. She was very accommodating, understood the situation and was okay with keeping our fur baby an additional day. She send pictures and updates on our fur baby. Thank you Ms. Angie for looking after our for baby

A typical day

I really don’t do anything g exciting because of my physical situation. (Bad arthritis everywhere.). But I am able to take them to the back yard for them to potty and I’ll also play fetch with them. Also, I give lots of loving cuddles and scratches!
