Pet care experience
I've had a dog my entire life - I've never lived without one and wouldn't want to! Currently we have a three year old Great Pyrenees who LOVES, LOVE, LOVES other dogs. She is always eager to play or snooze next to another dog pal. Don't worry if your fur baby is small - Aspen may be a big girl, but she is GENTLE and plays well with dogs of all sizes.

This is the second time we have booked with Angie for our dogs to stay at her house. Our dogs get along great with hers and she sends us photos each day to keep us updated! She is so helpful with scheduling pickup/drop off times. We will continue to book with Angie in the future!
Angie took great care of my dog. She kept me updated on everything and sent a ton of pictures and videos! Amiri had a lot of fun and didn’t want to leave lol. I highly recommend booking with her.

We have a large, fenced-in yard and a great neighborhood for walks. I don't crate our dog at night but I am happy to do so for your baby if you prefer. We are a bit lenient and let our big fur baby on the couch or bed (SNUGGLES!). **NOTE: a portion of our backyard has a metal fence that is not six foot. For our high energy guests who like to jump fences, this may not be the best option. Most dogs are fine with a “regular” fence and won’t jump, but I wanted to note this for our high-jumpers.

A typical day
We like to go for long walks around the neighborhood and play in the fenced-in back yard. When everyone is tired, we like to snuggle on the couch.

I am a school counselor so I have "school hours" and plenty of time for walks, cuddle time, and playing in the yard. I have two teens who are also very responsible, loving, and great with helping with dog care. Sometimes my elder Golden Retriever, Sara will be at my house (shared custody!). She is slow moving and fairly deaf and gets along with other dogs. I will let you know if she is coming or going while your dog is here to make sure that is alright.
