Pet care experience
I am a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT). Growing up, my family always had a dog and cats which I helped care for. I currently have two rescued cats. I have experience professionally caring for a multitude of species including dogs, cats, livestock, chickens, ducks, pigs, goats, and more.

I have a total of 5 years experience working with animals. I first worked as an animal caregiver for farm animals, so if you are looking for someone to care for large animals or fowl, I would love to discuss it with you. As a certified veterinary technician, I know how to properly administer oral medications, injections, and other prescribed treatments. As a pet parent myself, one of my biggest fears is an emergency while I am out of town. I am trained to respond to medical emergencies should any arise, and know when your pet needs to be seen by a veterinarian.

A typical day
I love to engage with pets to whatever degree they allow. I understand that some dogs and cats are more shy, especially while their parents are away. I will do what I can to make them feel loved and cared for, even while they are missing you. Please let me know your companion's favorite activities so that I can provide that for them while you are away!

I recently moved to the area and I’m interviewing for veterinary positions. In this time, I have a pretty flexible schedule. My calendar will be updated regular. Upon accepting an offer, I would still like to keep pet care services available 3-4 days a week :)
