Hello my name is Angelica! I am a 23 year old enthusiastic doggie care taker and cuddler! Pets are the most precious, unique, and lovable beings on this planet and I understand that they themselves are individuals with different characteristics too. I work from home and have a dog of my own (yorkie-chihuahua mix), thus I am able to give the greatest amount of care and personalized attention to your furry family member. I love caring and connecting with animals and creating everlasting relationships with my clients. I will provide care for your fur baby as if they were my own, ensuring they receive the highest quality care while you are away. I take pride in loving each dog that comes into my home and treating them like my own, giving them the time and attention they deserve. 😊 I have experience caring for both puppies and senior dogs and I have been a mommy to all sizes. I have been a dog lover for as long as I can remember. Anyone who knows me, knows that I've always had a strong love and passion for dogs. So being a temporary mommy to your fur baby is the ideal fit for me. I want to offer a full time loving environment where your fur baby will be on vacation, in a home away from home environment. It is often said that we rescue dogs but really it is the other way around. Dogs rescue us. “If you don’t own a dog, at least one, there is not necessarily anything wrong with you, but there may be something wrong with your life”.

Angelica has watched my 11 year old papillon on numerous occasions while I had to go out of town for work or leisure! I trust no one else with my dog Bentley as she is loving, attentive, and patient with him and gives him all the cuddles in the world. I would highly recommend her!

Angelica boarded our dog, Hilo, for two weeks while we were traveling, and she was amazing. Our dog really seemed to enjoy the time he spent with Angelica and Gigi! She always kept us in the loop about how everything was going and was prompt in her responses, even with the huge time difference! Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

My love for animals came very early. I love all dogs- small, medium, large, young, old. All dogs are unique and offer something special. I love the unconditional love that they give. I will be sure to care for your dog just as if they were my own and make them feel as comfortable as possible. Your dog's comfort and safety is my number one priority. Although I live in an apartment, I am surrounded by some of the nicest parks in San Francisco and there is a residential dog park within my complex community. My home is pet friendly and spacious. Your best friend will have fresh food, playtime, and exercise every day. Whether your regular sitter is unavailable or you are looking for a new sitter or a backup sitter, or you are traveling and passing my way on your way to your destination, I would love to be that person for you and hopefully become your sitter of choice. :) With house sitting services, I will treat and respect your home like my home, maintaining it clean and safe. I have always said that if I could own all the dogs in the world, I would... I know I can’t...so being a pet sitter and temporary mommy is the next best thing. ;)

I’d like to schedule a quick meet and greet prior to a stay so that your family can meet my fur baby and you’ll get to see where your baby will be staying. This is for your pets comfort as well as mine and my experience thus far is that a meet and greet helps to lower anxiety when the time comes for drop off. I would like to know if they are friendly with other dogs, especially my small dog and dogs under my care. I would like to know when they eat and if they have any allergies and if they are on flea meds. I would like to know if they are a flight risk so that I can watch for this. I would like to know if there is any food restrictions or special diet. Any special or unique characteristics about your dog? What is his bathroom/walk schedule? How does s/he interact with strangers, both human and other dogs? What are her/his favorite treats? What is her/his eating schedule? Lastly, any special things that I can do to make your fur baby feel comfortable and safe in my care.
A typical day
The beginning of our day starts with going outside and getting a good amount of exercise and social time! I love to be very active at the beginning of the day and get some good food in their bellies. I will let them go potty every 1-2 hours or as needed. I will make sure they eat and are well cared for and loved. I will give your fur baby treats and will walk them, play with them, and will take pictures and selfies too. I take selfies with all my dogs that I'm a temporary mommy too. :) and we will send you updates/pics/videos regularly. I'd love to make them feel at home and hug and love them because that is what all dogs deserve to have every day. They deserve the same unconditional love that they give to us every single day. There really is no greater love than a dog's love. :) We will walk to the park, play with toys, and on rainy days we love watching movies and just relaxing with tons of cuddles and toys. When house sitting, I care for and respect my client's home and animal babies. Your dog's schedule is important to me.

Availability
Being that I work from home, I'm able to give your pet the best care and attention needed. I'm very flexible and have a pretty open schedule. Services I provide: I provide boarding, doggy day care, and House Sitting. For boarding, I am pretty flexible with drop off time and it is expected that you will pick up your fur baby before or around the same time as drop off on the day of pick up. For doggy day care, drop offs are around 7-9am and pickups are around 4-6pm. If it goes beyond these hours, there will be added charges. I am also flexible and open to other times, just please discuss this with me prior to stay and I will try my best to accommodate you and your pup. :) For House Sitting please message me with any details or any questions you may have.
