I grew up taking care of 3 dogs and a cat throughout my childhood. Since then, my family had adopted 2 new cats whom I've loved and cared for. I trained my dogs, including puppies from litters by my dogs before they were given new homes. I cared for sick puppies and my own dogs ailments through tube feeding, wound care, medication administration, etc. I owned poodles and would groom them myself. I miss having animals now that I am in college and would feel so grateful to get to spend time with your animals. Additionally, I am all of my friend's go to person during winter or spring breaks for pet sitting, sometimes taking care of 6 animals at a time!
