I’m a long-time sitter and lover of all fur babies, big and small! I have been a cat mom of two, was a hamster mom, and have fostered multiple puppies. I also have experience sitting many dogs and cats, including senior dogs, giving oral medication, and walking cats.

Angela is extremely loving and warm when it comes to interacting with just about anyone and any pet -- and you can see that just through her own bubbly personality when meeting her. She's very responsible through her own experience in raising two lovely cats as well as fostering dogs and dog/cat-sitting throughout her life. She knows how to make an animal feel comfortable and cared for and is detail-oriented when it comes to following any set of instructions.
Angela is wonderful with pets and takes very good care of dogs and cats alike. One of the best things about her as a pet caretaker is her enthusiasm and positive attitude that the animals certainly pick up on. She is very attentive to their needs and respectful of their boundaries - she won't pet unless she's been given the okay by an owner and a good sniff from the pet! Once she's welcomed by the pet, she will give all of the love that is needed and more, following any instructions that have been given to her to the letter. Overall, I have no doubt that she is able to take care of any pet, big or small, and bring a lot of love to their life!

I would be happy to know and stick to any typical schedule that your fur baby is familiar with! Additionally, any allergies, triggers, or medications that your dog may have would be helpful information to have, so that I can better prioritize their comfort and needs when I am caring for them!
A typical day
I can comfortably adapt to your pet’s lifestyle needs, whether they want to be active outside or receive belly rubs in the comfort of their home! If your pet would be staying in or going on walks by my apartment, I live on a high school campus, meaning that there are always plenty of campus dogs and students who love to give any dog they meet some affection and attention! If your dog prefers a long and peaceful walk, there is a mile-long path from my apartment to the local forest preserve with miles of trails.

Availability
I’m currently working full-time as a teacher with a schedule that changes on a day-to-day basis. For most weekdays, I’m available after 3 pm with a few exceptions where I’m also available before 8 am and/or after 1 pm. My weekends are largely flexible, and I can be at the ready to give your pet some love! Please feel free to reach out if you want to ask about availability :)
