I’ve loved, owned, and watched many animals over the years, including cats, dogs, ferrets, rats, mice, and ducks. I love all animals and I care for other people’s pets as if they’re my own. I have three dogs of my own (a rat terrier/chihuahua mix, a Pomeranian/chihuahua mix, & a chihuahua/whippet mix). I have fostered both cats and dogs before. I regularly housesat and served as a dog walker in OH and MO before moving to VA. I walked dogs up to 90lbs. I also have cat sat. I feel comfortable with all types of animals, but as a petite female I prefer smaller dogs. I also feel comfortable with senior dogs and puppies as well as senior cats and kittens. I have personal experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages. I also have experience dispensing medicine and special foods.

Angela was wonderful! She stayed at our house with our 13-year-old dog, Almond, while we were out of town for a long weekend. It was our first Rover experience, so we were a bit nervous as our old lady needs meds multiple times a day and can be a bit quirky, but Angela made it easy. We received lots of updates and pictures, and Almond looked relaxed and like she was living her best life in her normal routine – which is exactly what we wanted. In addition to caring for our girl, Angela respected our house and left everything clean and exactly as we left it. We are lucky to have found her and hope she will stay with Almond again!

Angela took great care of my boys. She sent me pictures of them as they were playing or getting loved on by her. I would recommend her to anyone I know that has pets and needs a sitter.

A typical day
I love to work with the dog’s owner so I can provide the best care for their dog. For dogs that are high energy, I will mentally and physically stimulate the dog through play and walks. For calmer or older dogs, I provide lots of cuddles and a peaceful environment.

I am currently a homemaker and available most days. I am available from early mornings to around 6pm most days. I can adjust my schedule if needed and given ahead notification.
