My pet care experience and style: I love all animals and have owned pets my entire life. I currently own two rescue cats, Cleo and Scraggles, and have also owned bunnies, birds, fish and chinchillas. I am dependable and you can rest easy knowing your pets are with me because I will give them nothing less than the exemplary care I'd want someone to provide for mine! I don't own a dog (my husband is a cat person) so yours will be receiving my undivided attention if you hire me! I do have a lot of experience caring for friend's dogs, though, and also spent some time volunteering in a vet clinic when preparing to work for Rover to ensure I know how to properly handle and care for different kinds of pets. I use rover myself when we go out of town and I understand how important it is to have someone you trust watching over your home and fur babies, so having an an initial meet and greet to make sure I am a good match for you and your pet is important before we actually set anything up. I have experience with both big and small dogs, but I do request that any larger dogs in my care should be well-trained and easy to control on walks since I'm fairly small. About me: I am actually from Canada and moved to Tucson with my husband in 2018. We love it here! I am a full-time online nutrition sciences graduate student so am very flexible. I decided to work for rover because I love animals and wanted to do something that gets me out, moving and socializing since I am studying on my own most of the time. I like walking, running and hiking, or just staying in and cuddling or playing in the yard, so depending on your neighborhood and pet's preferences, I'm sure we will find something fun to do!
