Pet care experience
I’m a second year medical student at UConn and I love all sorts of animals. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, and small exotic animals as well. I have experience house sitting with animals and do my best to keep a tidy home and keep your pet happy. My availability during the week is flexible depending on what day as my courseload varies, and I’m even more flexible on the weekends. I love outdoor exercise and can walk or run with your dog, depending on his or her preferences, and when house sitting, I always make sure to shower animals with love and belly rubs. My medical experience is restricted to humans, but having medical experience has made me sensitive to animals’ needs and I am quick to pick up what animals are trying to say; as such, I’m very observant and cautious and will make your dog’s health a top priority. I am also a fast learner and can learn to administer medication if necessary.

First time using Rover and I am highly satisfied. Angela was quick to respond, available for same day service, flexible to my needs, pleasant and clean. Tiger was well taken care of, my house was as clean as I left it and I'm pretty sure my dog was wishing Angela was coming back to the house instead of me! Angela is amazing. I will never use anyone else. My Jasmine is very big, 11 years old, and not an easy dog. She's very emotionally needy but doesn't like strangers. Angela handled her like an absolute professional. She kept us updated every step of the way, fed the dog the very special way we asked her to, and left the house exactly as we asked her to (certain doors open, certain doors closed). I have already booked my next vacation for Angela to cover. I cannot speak highly enough of her. You will not regret trusting her with your pet.
Angela is a caring person who LOVES animals. She has been pet sitting my neighbor's cat for around a year, so she has plenty of experience in the field. My family recently rescued a dog, and the first day Angela stayed with us to help ourselves and our dog adjust. Our dog loved Angela, as she was gentle and affectionate to help her settle in to our home. In addition, Angela owns a hamster, who surprisingly requires an extensive amount of work to care for. She even took her to the vet, which most owners of hamsters or other types of rodents do not do. Overall, Angela is a responsible pet owner and sitter. You will not be disappointed in her caring nature as your pet sitter!
