Angela misrepresented herself on her profile. We asked for a home with a fenced in backyard and no cats. She had 3 inside cats and a small dog. Angela asked us to pay her directly in cash before we left our dogs. We said we were paying through the Rover App. She then mentioned that she would be working over the weekend. We asked her to call us when she was going to be going to work and we would pick up our dogs and bring them back at night. One of them has separation anxiety and we just needed someone to watch them in the evenings while we were out at dinner with family. We did not want to risk them being alone with the cats (at least 1 was feral) for hours. Angela said we had to either leave them from Friday to Sunday with no visits or take them within 15 minutes. I had to call my husband to rush over to her house on Saturday morning to pick up the dogs while I looked for another Rover host. We have used Rover many times over the years and recommended it to friends and family. We were disappointed in Angela but had a great experience with everyone else we worked with through Rover.
