When I returned home later, Angela seemed to shout at my dogs to quiet down, which was surprising and noticeable to others present. Additionally, she suggested changing the schedule again, arranging for her friend to take over, which I found unsettling. As someone who prefers to rely on thoroughly vetted services like Rover.com, pre-paying for trusted professionals with verified reviews, these unexpected alterations made me uneasy. While I acknowledge Angela's initial care and appreciate her services, this experience has made me hesitant to use Rover's services again.
