Fenced acre on Timucuan Preserve!
Pet care experience
I have professionally worked with animals for five years. We have a friendly, female Lab (Kona, 7) and a large fenced in yard (over an acre), as well as three children (youngest is 9). I am home most of the day and can let them explore the outdoors throughout the day. I have taken care of puppies up through seniors, including those with medication needs or special diets. Open to all types of pet care, in our home or yours: dog walking, house sitting, drop-ins, and boarding. I care for cats and can provide care for them in your home. Our residence is in Northeast Jacksonville (Oceanway), 10 miles east of the Jacksonville International Airport, within 7 miles of the cruise ship terminal, and conveniently accessible to I-295. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friend(s). Thank you! Primarily serving these areas: Oceanway, Yulee, Northside Jacksonville, Arlington, ICW, Southside, St. Johns Town Center BUSINESS HOURS: 9 am - 6 pm (M-F); weekends 9 am - 3 pm

Angie was super responsive and took really nice pictures and sent updates along the way. We did a meet and greet to make sure my dog and me were comfortable and that Angie felt he’d be a good fit. Will definitely book with her again! ❤️
My dog always loves going here! I love knowing he is getting to play with other dogs and cared for so well. Angie has great experience and is so helpful when I am scheduling my dog to stay with her.
Fidget loves spending time at Angie's. She always comes back exhausted from all her playing.
As usual, Angie treated my baby like she was her own. Frequent updates, lots of love and attention, sometimes I think Ollie doesn’t want to come home! It’s so nice knowing while you are away that your pup is happy and cared for. 10/10.

Prefer dogs that are dog- and child-friendly. Non-marking dogs, please. If marking occurs in the home, belly bands will be used. Well socialized dogs are preferred. Please provide calming aids if your dog has anxiety. If you are considering boarding your dog(s) with us, please review the following. We want your dog(s) to experience a peaceful environment during their stay in our home. Over the years, we have worked to create safe, fun, and socially appropriate play groups among guests. Several factors are key to making this happen. Boarding in a private home, albeit comforting for owners, is not always the ideal placement for dogs. We are in a residential community and are not a kennel. Most dogs experience some degree of stress when they leave their home environment. Some level of adjustment is expected. Behaviors that are disruptive to a calm milieu may include: * Barking is normal communication in dogs. Excessive or incessant barking, howling, and/or whining is upsetting to us, other dogs, and our neighbors. * We have family events and other commitments outside of the home. When we leave, dogs can not be left in the home unsupervised. For the safety of your dog(s), they must be comfortable being confined in a 4'x4'x8' kennel or a crate. If this is not comfortable for your dog(s) or they try to escape from confinement, another placement would be more appropriate. * Destructive behavior is not acceptable (destroying blinds from jumping on them, chewing/clawing furniture and other non-food items, scratching at the doors/windows). * A bite history or aggression toward dogs/people is not accepted. * Marking/urinating in the home will result in the dog being diapered with a belly band or female diaper. If this is problematic behavior in your home, it will carry over into our home. * Our outdoor fencing is a maximum height of 4 feet of chain link. If your dog(s) is a flight risk or has been known to jump fences, this is not the safest environment for them. Our road is heavily traveled and dogs will likely be hit by a vehicle if they escape our yard. We are happy to do a trial day care to determine if your dog is happy here and that it is a good fit for everyone. There are commercial kennel facilities in the area if this is a more appropriate setting for your dog.
