I hired Angela to drop in on my 8-month-old puppy for 1-hour recurring visits 4 days a week. After only 3 visits, she texted me at work, stating she was "under the weather," and wanted me to find a backup for the day. We depend on our dog walkers to feed and let our fur babies outside and do not expect a last-minute cancelation during work hours. Just as in any job, you should give ample time to find a replacement so one's dog is not alone at home for 10 hours. I did let that one occurrence let go, but then that following Sunday, she wrote to me stating that before I booked her, her rates went up (significantly), but she incorrectly altered it in the Rover application. Angela well knowing that I'm in a predicament, then would require her new rate (which is not affordable) to continue the drop-ins. I found these last-minute changes incredibly unprofessional and would not want a person like this to continue to watch my dog or be in my home. Keep my experience in consideration when hiring this dog walker.

I highly recommend Angela for your pet sitting or dog walking needs! She was punctual and reliable with taking care of our dog for the week. We had her for drop-in visits while my husband was at work and I was out of town. Piper loved seeing her every day, and it made me feel better knowing she was in great hands. Angela always provided me with updates and photos during her visits. She always went the extra mile to make sure our dog was happy!
