I have worked with animals for 20 years as a veterinarian technician, but loved them for 44 years. My father was a fire fighter who saved animals, our house always had a stray from a fire and it taught me to care for and love them. I now volunteer daily for a cat rescue where I tend to their needs, love and play with them and then once they are spayed and neutered I help find pet parents for them. I foster in my own home as well and can not imagine my life without animals in it. I have raised my daughter the same way and she helps me save sick kittens and puppies and nurse them back to health. As I am writing this I have a failing kitten on my lap that I will continue to nurse and provide care for until she is back to health. Since I have worked in the veterinary field I know how to recognize serious issues and your pet would be very safe in my hands.
