Pet care experience
Vet tech, Dog trainer & Emergency Department RN!! I just LOVE helping animals & people! My compassion for others started by taking care of animals all my life. Geese, horses, goats, cats, dogs, frogs, snakes, and ferrets...you name it I've taken care of it at one point or another! I have never been able to be far from my furry friends! I was a Vet tech for 5 years which helped me become the RN I am today. I worked in vet offices & Animal ER. I have been training dogs for over 10 years now. I was the number one Dog trainer for Petsmart for over a year and usually had my furry students for sleepovers when mom & dad went on vacations! I am very excited to be in an area that has a need for people like me! My specialty happens to be puppies (who doesn't LOVE PUPPIES!!!) and special need dogs. I have a rescue named Austin that didn't have the best start in life and didn't trust people. So I have an understanding of what your special pup needs and know how to handle different personalities. Whether your pup just needs a friend to lay on the floor with and talk about our day or wants to play outside and go for long walks for mental and physical stimulation. I'm your gal! Austin is also available for play dates if you are okay with me bringing my pup for socialization. I will assess if our pup will be good matches before bringing Austin along. I usually like to have a few dates with your pup by myself to form that special bond before introducing my dog. *Note: I am an Emergency Room Nurse so my availability changes depending on my work schedule. Starting in Sept I will be able to have my availability one month at a time. As soon as I have my schedule I will update my Rover Calander.

Angela loves dogs and it shows. She went the extra mile and worked to help Bella with leash reactivity with significant improvement. Due to surgery I was unable to walk Bella for a few weeks and had to use dog walkers. Of all the walkers, Angela was the only one Bella was excited to see!
It would be hard to find a more dedicated and loving caregiver for your dog. Angela is wonderful. She truly loves dogs ( All animals really). I have seen her turn into a mush ball with an adorable fluffer and square her shoulders in stare down for Alpha. The point is she read's each animal as an individual and reacts accordingly earning their trust, loyalty and love.
Angela is absolutely wonderful. She is patient and loving. She takes her time and works with the animals no matter what the issue may be. She spends time playing with them to make sure they have plenty of exercise and attention. My dog is always happy to see her which makes me even happier!!
Angela is amazing! She has years of experience with animals and is basically a dog whisperer in my eyes :) . I would highly recommend!

A typical day
-I live 3 blocks away from Patterson Park!!! I'm also a short walk from Canton Waterfront Park, and a few other smaller, quieter parks. -Inside and outside play is always the best for mental and physical stimulation. -Good manners!!! I'm a dog trainer through and through so it's natural for me to teach your dog the same behaviors and expectations that I have from my own. Good doggie manners are always being taught!
