Pet care experience
I have 17+ years of pet care experience, both with my own fur-babies and helping friends by caring for their pets as well! I have a flexible schedule in order to provide consistent availability and excellent care for your dog or cat, and am happy to provide drop-in visits, pet-sitting, and dog walks/playtime while making your pet feel secure, comfortable, and happy. Previously I worked a very demanding corporate schedule and know how it feels to want your pet cared for when you can't be there. I'm thankful for the opportunity to give that sense of security to local pet-owners and their pets! I have a spirited and full-of-character Husky-mix of my own who is 15 years old, and until he crossed the rainbow bridge in 2021 at age 17, I also had a sweet and adoring Feist breed named "Feisty"!

Because my dog is "picky" about other dogs she likes to hang out with, I offer services like walking, visits, and overnight stays at your (the client's) home only. I will leave your house in the same or better condition than I found it, and will give you updates as to the fun things we're up to during visits.

I would like to know what their personality is like, and if they have any walking preferences (for example, to steer clear of other dogs, kids, etc.), just so I can make them feel as comfortable as possible while they're out and about with me.
A typical day
I love to explore neighborhoods and greenways with dogs, but would also love to know if you have "typical walk routes" that your dog is comfortable in. If your dog prefers playing to walking, that's fun too! I'm happy to play fetch, run and play, or just to enjoy a stroll around your neighborhood.
