I've always had dogs growing up and for the past 9 years, I've lived with my best bud Arkimedes. Once upon a time I even had a cat—Arky actually grew up with her around, they were best friends. I love communicating with and training my animals. They always ask me what's my secret to how well behaved they are. I just say consistency and also that I speak to them like a person.
