I was very disappointed in the care given. When I returned home one of my dogs - who is 7 and hasn't had an accident since he was a puppy- was sitting in his crate soaked in urine. His crate bed actually dripped when I removed it- it was that soaked. My other dog wouldn't leave her crate which was alarming as she is ordinarily a very bubbly and excited dog and only goes to her crate during a thunderstorm. I had been told by Angel that my larger dog had had several accidents on my entry rug (which was also incredibly out of the ordinary) so I came home to one ruined crate bed, one ruined entry rug (which also reaked of urine) and then I found that my area rug also had a huge spot which clearly had a cleanup attempt. That had never been mentioned to me at any point. While I still question why there were SO many accidents in my home (its one thing to have one, but half a dozen doesn't make sense) and appreciate the attempt to clean them up- the main issue is I recieved no phone calls about them or even a message to ask how to properly clean them up. I told Angel to call me if she had any issues and that I would be available via phone 24/7 yet I had to contact her for the first update and I didnt hear about the accidents until the next day via text. I was told that one of my dogs stopped eating and had liquid bms for several hours yet this wasn't communicated to me until 24 hrs later. Overall my dogs seem completely tramatized and I am replacing two rugs and crate bed after only being gone for just a weekend. In the 5 years with our previous sitter my dogs never had a single issue so to have so many red flags in a three day period is just awful.

Angel was an excellent sitter and our dog loves her! She sent us pictures to update us which we really liked. We would definitely have her dog sit again. 10/10!
