My love of animals has been with me since before I could walk, as a child I aided in the care of 2-4 dogs & 2 cats in the family home at any given time; as well as aiding neighbors in animal care during trips or long work hours. As our animals aged I gain the experience of caring for special needs dogs, as one pupper developed age related epilepsy he required medicine and specific care, leaving a lasting impact on the respect and dedication our beloved fur babies deserve. Outside of in house experience,at the age of 8, I began working along side my mother with a breeder to clean the pens, change the hay and heat lamps when needed, feed and water of a dozen dogs and 3 horses during school breaks. At 10 we had a little farm of our own tending to over 80 chickens a few goats and a pig! At 16 I began to volunteer at a local shelter using the same skills as well as training puppies in basic commands. Dogs of all sizes and temperaments have crossed my path and I've yet to meet one I didn't love!!!
